You will support our international team of consultants, who have a strong track record of delivering high-level Franco-German projects. You will be involved in various types of consulting projects: strategic and operational analysis, market studies in the field of aerospace & defense/engineered products, utilities, transportation, chemicals and oil as well as consumer goods. Throughout your career, you will be a member of different project teams. When you start out, experienced Project Managers will coach you thoroughly.
As a consultant, you will be responsible for your own work and the related client relationships. You will coach interns and junior consultants who will be part of your team.
You have a university degree from a top European university or business school. Your personal and educational background has prepared you to work in a cross-cultural environment, specifically at the intersection of French and German business cultures.
You have at least 2 to 4 years consulting experience in strategy, or a minimum of 3 years industry experience. In addition, you have successfully demonstrated your cross-cultural competence.
Your experience has allowed you to develop skills and knowledge in strategy, operations, cross-cultural management and practical implementation. More comprehensive experience in the above-mentioned fields would be an asset.
You are creative, have strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesize. You have a track record as a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
You master Excel and PowerPoint perfectly.
Although English is our global business language, working on cross-cultural Franco-German projects also requires you to be bilingual in French and German.
