Strategic Sales Management and Sales Controlling of high-class lingerie
A world-wide operating producer of high quality underwear with focus on Europe intends to strenghten its market penetration overseas. Distribution is being done primarily by sales agents/representatitives.
We need a motived, internationally educated sales person wishing to perform and to benchmark towards ambitious targets.
Several years of operative sales experience is essential, combined with marketing knowledge of luxury or body care products, ideally in fashion.
– Building /re-organisation of sales team (HQ and abroad
– Creation and development of incentive models
– Direct wholesale & retails responsibility
– Market strategy and country concepts
– Development of new distribution channels
– Implementation and controlling of market implementation
– Direct sales responsibility of US market in coordination with MD
(directly reporting to Managing Director – ESCP-EAP Alumnus)
– KAM in coordination with country respondent
– Warehousing and logistics
– Customer services
